IT evaluation

We can evaluate your IT systems and infrastructure to determine whether your business needs are being adequately supported, recommending areas for change. It is often the case that a business outgrows its existing IT environment, putting stress on systems and leaving the business (and its customers) with poor performance and perhaps even prolonged downtime. Perhaps your business is about to undergo significant change and you are not sure whether your IT systems will cope. Reduce these risks by carrying out a pre-emptive evaluation!

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

Our IT evaluations can also help your business to understand its exposure with regard to Business Continuity. How certain are you that your business could continue to operate after being impacted by a serious (or even catastrophic) event? We can help you with your Disaster Recovery planning, identifying the types of event that could disrupt your business, assessing the impact that each event could have, and recommending and implementing the measures required to reduce or eliminate the risk.

The Project Auditor ensures that the Project Sponsor is provided with an objective and unbiased viewpoint of the critical success factors affecting the project.
