Whether you want a simple user front-end built onto one of your existing spreadsheets, a new database to manage your customers, or whether you want a brand new standalone system to help control an operational area of your business, we would welcome an opportunity to create it for you!

Software Support

We will offer you a support contract for any software that we build for you, which may involve 24 x 7 support where applicable. Support will be provided free-of-charge for a period of time after your software goes live, but will be chargable thereafter.

It may be possible to provide a 'site-wide' support package covering all, or selected, computer systems running at your company. This simplifies the process for your staff when they encounter a computer systems problem by giving them just one number to call, instead of one number for each of your software providers. We will log the call, respond within an agreed time, track the problem through to resolution, and provide a regular summary of problems.
